How do you build strength and aggressiveness without risking injury?
We play a lot of judo games and “King of the Mat” is a favorite. The object is simple: push everyone else off the mat. They need to be COMPLETELY off, not even a toe touching, to be out of the game.
You can choke or armbar an opponent to get them to tap. In that case, they are also out.
IMPORTANT: There is absolutely no standing up during this game. That will automatically disqualify the player and he or she is out. Standing up on mats while someone, or multiple someone’s, is pushing against you is a great, I mean, terrible, way to get your knee blown out.
